About This Event

WonderDuo October Fest is a ProShip/Profic FanEvent that focuses on Katsuki and Izuku’s relationship (romantic, sexual and/or even platonic).We aim to showcase all types of submissions (fics, arts, drabbles, social media AU or even cosplays) for this event.We will provide a list and categorize it into Fruity (SFW/GEN) and Extra Strong (NSFW/Problematic [Dead Dove: Do Not Eat]) set of flavors (prompts/themes) which everyone can use for writing, arts, etc.We will retweet submitted pieces for the whole month of October until November 12 for late submissions.WonderDuo October Fest will serve like a one-stop prompt shop for your Drawtober, Kinktober, Inktober or whatevertober you would like to do.

Event Rules

Participants can create fics, arts, drabbles, SocMed AUs, cosplays etc. based on the given flavors (prompts). SFW (Fruity), NSFW and Problematic (Extra Strong) tropes/themes are allowed.Participants may add Extra Strong themes to any Fruity flavors to their liking as long as they are properly tagged with CW or TW. Create without limitations, go beyond your imagination!Participants can submit old works! If it suits any of the prompts, it’s definitely worth submitting and reading by the BKDK and DKBK fandom.Participants are expected to tag their works that includes, but not limited to, the following:
(1) Dynamics (BKDK, DKBK) - especially for pieces with explicit sexual contents
(2) Content and/or Trigger WarningsParticipants are to use #WonderDuoFest together with the prompt(s), CWs and/or TWs on all submissions for us to retweet your pieces. Mention our twitter (@wonderduofest) too for better notification.Participants are expected to curate their fandom experience and timeline. Mute necessary warnings, prompts and/or dynamics that may trigger you.IMPORTANT: Please understand that we cannot retweet submissions without tags for the safety of all the participants. We are aiming for this to be a safe and enjoyable fandom event!

What is WonderDuo October Fest?WonderDuo October Fest is based on Oktoberfest which is an annual festival in Germany famous for its traditional Bavarian music, carnival rides and a lot of beer. And while there are plenty of fun activities to try at Oktoberfest, there's no doubt that drinking beer is at the top of the list. With that in mind, we’ll feature a list of prompts, which we'll call "flavors" categorized into "Fruity" (SFW/GEN) and "Extra Strong" (NSFW/Problematic), for the DKBKDK fandom to use and create works with Izuku and Katsuki as a pair, then share it for the same fandom to be “drunk” with contentsWhat is ProShip and ProFic?Proship is short for Proshipper/Proshipping. These are people who thinks that individuals shouldn’t be harassed over fiction and know that fiction won’t normalize things society already condemns.Profic is short for Pro-fiction and they are people who know that anyone or everyone should enjoy fictional content for a myriad of reasons. And that their enjoyment doesn’t reflect who they are as a person.With what’s stated above, WonderDuo October Fest and its mod condemns harassment over a work of fiction.Who can participate?Anyone and Everyone! No skills/experience needed!Is this dynamic specific?No. BkDk and DkBk dynamics are allowed in this event! Strict dynamic participants are encouraged to tag their chosen dynamics for their submissions and mute the other dynamic for your self-enjoyment.Is polyamory allowed?Yes! As long as the submitted piece is focused on Katsuki and Izuku’s relationship, and other ships are properly tagged.Can we use the prompts for other ships/pairings?Of course, you can! But since this event is for the Katsuki and Izuku pairing, we won’t be retweeting them.Can we do specific prompts on different days?Of course, you can! You can do just one or all of the given prompts. While there are daily prompts, everyday is free-day and you can mix and match them too!Are there content restrictions?No, because we do not want to limit the participants' creativity. Participants can submit sfw, nsfw or problematic (dead dove included) creations as long as it is properly tagged.I do not like the prompt, what can I do?Ignore, scroll down and mute the prompt! You may not take a liking to it but some do! We encourage everyone to curate your fandom experience and timeline!
